Yes, this is leagal in most duristrictios.
It makes you a commision agent, and you get a small cut of the commission of every sle made through your web suite, and also something if a visitotr to your suite becomes a member of the scheme/
However, you will have to keep strict records for the Internal Revenue Department, (Income TaX!!!).
this scheme requires some capital to be successful, this is used to adverise our suite on the search engineslike Yahoo, or Google, and to have a professional list your suite on these search engine.
I do NOT recommend this scheme, opne of the top people in thi sscheme todl mr that there can be as many as 1000 visitors to your sauite before you make a single sale!!

It probably can be done. If you are interested in making wine you may want to look for a local store that sells the equipment. My parents gave me their old equipment and I plan to use it to make wine from literally a ton of pears that my neighbor lets "dispose of" for him.
